Exhibition in honor of Her Royal Highness Princess MahaChakri Sirindhorn
The royal initiative project on plant genetics preservation is a project with Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn intends to respond to the initiative in His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, the 9th souverain of Chakri dynasty. The purpose is to preserve and develop every kind of natural resources.
Regarding biological resources, the plants, animals and all kind of organism. Physical resources include soil, mineral, stones and mountains. Moreover, the resources of wisdom, art and culture, and tradition are also included.
Khon Kaen University or KKU respond to the royal initiative project on plant genetics preservation since 1997. Starting at Wiang Keaw sub-district, Khon Kaen province.
